Northway House is family owned and as such the owners try to spend as much time as possible at the home in order to help with the smooth running and implement any improvements as well as joining in with the activities!
The day to day running of the home is run by an excellent management team, headed by Tracy Roberts, a caring, dedicated professional Manager has many years in the care industry and is a qualified Nurse. Tracy is supported by a Deputy Manager and a Head of Care who between them have many years of experience managing and caring in various environments. Dealing with the day to day issues is Jessica Webber who also handles the payroll and administration.
Highly trained and qualified members of staff are on call 24 hours a day, most of whom hold NVQ level 2 in care certificates or above. The home maintains a strong emphasis on staff training and development, with a full induction to all new staff.
