Northway House is family owned and as such, offers a home from home environment, either on a short term or permanent basis. Our excellent staff are headed up by Jessica Webber, who has a background of elderly care, with many years of experience within the sector. She is supported by a Head of Care - Natasha Stanley.

At Northway House we aim to provide our residential, day care and respite residents with a safe, relaxed and homely environment in which their care, well being and comfort are of prime importance. We also pride ourselves on being able to offer a first class activities programme by our dedicated activity co-ordinators.

 

Our well trained and caring staff will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all residents within a warm and caring atmosphere, and in so doing will be sensitive to the ever-changing needs of our residents.

 

It is our aim to preserve the self-respect of those who depend on the support of others. We feel that those who live at Northway House should do so with dignity, have the respect of those who support them and be entitled to live a full and active life, given the fundamental right to self-determination and individuality within the framework of a care home. Everything we do is to meet the needs of our residents. At Northway House we assist residents to live a full life by involving them in the decision making which affects them directly.

 

Located in a central and easily accessible location on the outskirts of Taunton town centre, Northway House enables residents to live full, active and dignified lives with the tailored care each individual requires.

 

Northway House occupies a Victorian period property comprising all single and all en suite bedrooms, with 3 lounges, dining room and conservatory, and a passenger lift for easy access throughout the home.
